Prepare your mind for thinking wholesale all the time
When you are utilizing another sourcing model all the time – it’s on your mind all the time. If you currently use retail arbitrage as a sourcing method, you probably can’t walk into a store without scanning something. If you currently sell private label, you probably can’t walk around anywhere without thinking “I wonder if I can private label that?” You need to have the same philosophy with wholesale, because opportunities are everywhere.
We’ll talk more about idea generation and exactly where to find good wholesale leads, but the reality is you can find leads anywhere. Here are some places you can find wholesale leads:
- Retail Stores
- Products in your house
- TV Commercials
Just remember, you should have a mind shift to think about wholesale all the time – just like you do with retail arbitrage or private label.
